We get asked lots of the same questions so here’s a quick blog about what we most frequently get asked to clear up any confusion!

Why do all the names look the same?

No two people have the same name but there are lots of similar usernames.

This is because when we first launched we gave everyone an autogenerated foodie name which they could decide whether or not to keep. We also encouraged food related names through the made up formula to create a ‘Prawnstar Name’.

We’ve stopped this now because of the amount of people who have questioned it, but lots of winners will have food related names because of this.

When will I receive my prize?

Cash prizes will be made via PayPal within 7 to 10 business days, but usually much sooner. Restaurant vouchers will be sent in the post within 7 business days of receiving the winner’s postal address.

How do you give away prizes for free?

We’re funded by advertising so all we ask is for you to come to the site every day to see if you’ve won!
